hi, i love to cook and i think that the eggless choc chip and banana muffins with buttermilk were great! they were a huge hit for my kids, they went crazy! They turned out to be really moist, with fantastic flavour! if anyone is thinking about making muffins, and they don’t have any eggs left than i wouls really recommend making these! i was just wondering what would you have to change if you were to put eggs in these?
