6 months ago, when we booked our Almanac CD release show at People’s Court we didn’t know that Elton John, Great White, & Cross Canadian Ragweed would be playing in Des Moines the same night. Nor did we know that AC/DC and Ani Difranco would be playing the same weekend. That is alot of music and show competing for smaller and smaller amounts of expendable entertainment cash. Yes it is true those artists only come to town occasionally and we will be playing here a few times this summer. But you only celebrate the release of a record once. I would hate for you to miss it. Find info for the show on our website or our facebook page. Please spread the word. I heard Elton, Ani, and Angus are all showing up and going to play a few songs with us. . .
