Hey All Y’all! We are “on the road” again! I am using quote marks since we are only out for three days this time and compared to the 6000 miles we drove last month, these are kids games. I am happy to report that we survived the first leg of our Almanac tour, starting with the Western and South Western United States. We also played a bit in Texas. (which i didn’t count in the previous tally, because they consider themselves their own country). We returned home with only minor scrapes, bruises and major sleep deprivation. Thanks to all of you who came out, as always, and made us feel like we were on top of the world. Thanks also for purchasing our new record and keeping our bus full of fuel and and fully maintenanced. Not to mention keep our bellies full and our bodies sheltered.

We are currently en route to Sioux Falls for our show tonight at a venue we have never played before. I am very optimistic about it. There are more people who have rsvp’d that they are attending on the facebook event than there are who have rsvd’d in the affirmative for our People’s Des Moines show next week. That is either a good sign for sioux falls, or a bad sign for des moines. Here are the details for this weeks shows.
